Does Chedraui or Mega sell Baby Walkers? If not, where would I be able to find one?

We do not mind spending the money to keep our 9 month old happy while we are there! :D
We are thinking of donating the walker when we leave! Do you know of any organizations on the island that would benefit from this donation?

We bought one at Mega at Christmas for our 7 month old grand daughter from Canada. She loved it and it made their vacation go great because she was independant and not just sitting on the floor or being held by someone. My son actually took it back home as you can't buy them in Canada as safety standards said they were unsafe and some children had been injured when they fell down stairs...Obviously you need to watch your kids! My son reports that all their friends who have babies want one of these walkers. You could donate it to a family here or take it back home with you.

Thanks sailsgal! Do you remember how much you paid for the walker? We already have a walker at home and didn't want to hassle with bringing it back! Do you know of any families in particular or an organization that we could donate to?

It was $430 Pesos, was adjustable for certain ages and heights, easy to clean and had a tray on the front with some toy rings...
You could maybe donate it to the DIF program at the end of 30th Sur or maybe you can ask where you are staying? or get to know someone who could use it or post it on this site? It will be a blessing for your baby while here on vacation.
