Nice photo essay of Josefina of Cozumel Cooking Class fame. I've done it and it is fun...and a feast. This covers part 1 - going to the mercado and buying the food.

PS: Josefina is second from the right in the "Tours We Trust" pix above.

Josefina is a sweetheart. Everybody that takes either her cooking class or her Spanish instruction loves her.

I'm reposting the link here that DanB supplied on the lime squeezer thread. This is another part of Josefina's cooking class: the Margarita. It's not in this video, but she tells a good story about her childhood along with this part of the class. Josefina's cooking class is a wonderful day's activity that will stay with you long after the vacation is over.

How did you sign up for the cooking class? I emailed her using the email on this site but didn't get a response. Thanks, Deborah

Hey ccannon, thanks for sharing. Found out very nice dishes, also got recipe of "Homemade Oreos". This is my favorite and would like to join there.

swimming goggles should be perfect to fit on the bone around the eyes.
