We have been to Cozumel several times and are looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom to rent on the beach. We haven't had any luck trying to use Realtors. They don't call or email back. Does anyone know of any condos that are for rent long term?

I would contact Enjoy Cozumel (www.enjoycozumel.com). They specialize in rental properties and don't have the distraction of trying to sell.

Also, there are several owners on this forum who rent directly, although they seem to mostly want short term vacation rentals. Still, the forum has a good search engine and you will probably find some good leads here.

We would like to rent from April thru October. We wouldn't be there full time. We live in Dallas and would like to go at least 1 week a month.
