I know of the place on Av. 65, but is there any other place on the island that sells car radios? Or in Playa?

I was just in the new big one at 65 and Juarez and they had a whole lot of small electronic stuff. I agree about checking there. Pretty huge store by Cozumel standards. 8 or 10 times as big as the one in the Chedraui mall

I bought a Chaemelon at Elektra for 999 pesos. It came without speakers as I already have them. It is the store downtown.

I was just in the new Coppel on 65 and 11 and they had a pretty extensive selection of car stereo speakers and other related equipment. shelves and shelves of it.

Wouldn't ya think they'd had a dehumidifier, too? But Nooooooo

Thanks to all of you good detectives! Coppel does have a lot - it blew me away and now I can't figure out which to get- too many choices! Ok, now, who knows someone who can install a car radio?

CZDM rec.s a guy up on 65 that does very good, very neat work. Let's see if I can rally him to give us the approximate address.

If you haven't made a decision yet, I would look at a unit that plays CD and has a USB input port, you can put a lot of music of your choice on a "flash drive"!

The guy we use is on 65 near 3 Calle on the East side of the street. I would look into a single pin port for iPods.
