Anyone have information on pool installation costs? Reliable contractors? Permits? Obstacles?
Thanks in advance.

Mario, and his Dad built our pool.

They pulled the permits, did the digging, installed the electrical, lines, pumps, and filtration.

Depending on the size, finish, and difficulty...such as, do they dig by hand, or is their access to equipment to the area, you are looking at 10k and up.

Your biggest obstacle is the land it's self...it is rock.

Our pool is about 15x30 and 20K gallons. We could not rebuild for 10k now.

The most important thing in life is not knowing everything, it's having the phone number of somebody who does!

Mario and his Dad, Dino, built our pool as well and Mario maintains the equipment and services it for us. As always, I, too, heartily recommend our hard-working and totally honest Mayan friends for this or any other type of construction I can think of since everything is cemento, cemento and mas cemento. Plus alhambre/rebar fashioned into castillos for strength. And. Of course. a whole lotta blockes/cement blocks
