We are looking into traveling this January for a weeks vacation with our family! There would be a need for 5 bedrooms and a private pool. Space for parking is preferable but necessary!! Hoping to get some good feedback!!! :D

January is high season, so I would book ASAP.

Some of the listings are condo, just ignore those.

You can also check out availability with Cozumel Villa.

The most important thing in life is not knowing everything, it's having the phone number of somebody who does!

We stayed at Castillo del Rey 3 or 4 years ago. It had 5 bedrooms, a fabulous kitchen, living area, and a nice pool. It's also very conveniently located so that you can walk almost anywhere you want to go.

We also stayed at Castillo del Rey (on Avenue 10, Calle 9). I remember it having 4 bedrooms. We slept a couple people on the couches in the living room and in the foyer between the outside patio and the kitchen area. We rented it through Ron/Sherrie White at www.cozumelvillas.com. The 'master suite' is ENORMOUS with a huge balcony. The yard was fantastic, the pool way cool. There was street parking which was good enough for us.

Casa Jen is another option. Ave 5 y 21. 3 blocks from Ched, 2 blocks from the Malecon. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of on street parking

Get 2 units at Nah Ha....6 bedrooms with king beds, ocean front, huge cool pool, hot tub, off street parking and only 2 miles from the town square.

Life is good! :D

Were staying at Villa Princesa in September, it is ocean front with a pool, the lady I book through said it has been updated within the last two years.
You can rent it as a 3- 7 bedroom.
Can't tell you much more about it other then Mary (the lady I book thru) said they are keeping the price down to keep the unit filled. Haven't check avalibilty for Janurary, but for a large group it might just be the ticket.
I have used Mary White at www.travelmex.com for several rentals and have had nothing but great results from her, she is Ron White's sister.
I'll post a trip report when we get back.

Chango Villa and Villa Dos are right down the beach from the condo we rent. While we've never been inside, the pool/grounds look fantastic and you can't beat the beachfront location. If we ever take a large group, we would give it a try for sure. http://www.flipkey.c...rentals/p61935/
