I hear the flooding is unbelievable in Cancun right now.  My place in Centro shipped 5" of water between 9 and 4 PM today.  Wasn't paying attention and made the mistake of hopping in my car to pick up a few items I needed a lot.  Coming back down 15 from Airport Blvd 3 blocks of over the curb flooding.  And the usual two blocks on 15 in the block around Salas.  Not as bad as it used to be before they worked on a lot of the drains.  But still... lotta water and I guess more coming??

It's cold as cr*p here in TX.  It's nothing like Canadians have, but 25 F is too cold for me.  How long is the rain supposed to be there?  I see sites predicting through Friday.  I wish we could get some of that rain here.

It's absolutely dumping in Centro right now.  I measured a total of 8" in my wheelbarrow in the past 24 hours.  Looks like possibly another 3-4" in one hour.  I won't be taking my car out today.  And not a good time to find a taxi either.

Jeez, it must be bad if you traded your rain gauge for a wheelbarrow gauge......
