amazon only ships certain things to Mexico. You have to put amazon global in google search and then follow the link to their International Products shipping page.
You have to stay in the international shipping section. There is a check box over on the left column that ensures that. When its checked, it shows you only items that fit your search terms that will also ship internationally.
You will only find out for sure if its going to ship, however, by plugging in your Mexican address for the shipping and see if it takes or not.
It's changing all the time, too. So if you don't see something available this week, it might be there the following week.
For a laptop battery, if you can't get it from the 'Zon, you can probably get it sent from somewhere within Mexico. Try mercadolibre.com.mx and also use google.com.mx to search for the name of your laptop and the Spanish word for battery -- batería

I have for many years had my mules bring stuff and still have to use them. BUT I finally have a solution to getting things here quick, 1 week!!!. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org. It is not cheap, but, they process the package charging 20% on the value, insure it and send it to your door with no middle man. Doug

Ah yes, IF they can get the particular battery that is needed. Sometimes these can be difficult to find even in the states and have to be special ordered. If that particular model of laptop isn't available in Mexico, you're outta luck. But def try DEP -- the computer store close just north of the Corpus Christi church on the east side of the street just beyond the traffic light.
