where can I get pickling spice to make pickled eggs and beetroot etc    and  inspanish what is it

I've never seen a packet of spices premixed here.

 

There is the following recipe for making up the spices for beets. The only thing that I would look for first is the mustard seeds.  Not sure of availability.  You could substitute it with ground mustard.

The best place to look when searching for spices seems to be Pacsadeli. I am looking for marjoram if anyone happens to see it (mejorana).

After a bit of searching, I have thus far been able to find every spice I have looked for somewhere on the island.  If Chedraui or Mega do not have it, I have found spices at Soriana.
