My best friend & his family (wife, 2 children, 20 & 14) are going to Cozumel at the end of the month.  They asked me how much it cost round trip to go to across to the main land.  His wife wants to go to Cancun & further south on different days.  I've never cared to leave the island when I'm there so I didn't know what to tell him.  I searched the site and saw some prices for cars, but not people.  If it's in a post somewhere please forgive me for bringing it up again.  Thanks!

One-way is MXN$146 on Waterjets or MXN$163 on Ultramar. There is no discount for round-trip.

I didn't notice that.  Only one increased?

ADD: I just looked at MWJ and it says the rate is 146, but the 'Sales Price' is 162.  So I guess it is more expensive on sale?

I knew I liked Ultramar for a reason!!

Thanks for the info.  They won't need to take their pass ports & visas w/them to go sight seeing over there will they?

no passport needed.  Do carry ID with you though.

Not sure what is Cancun that would be of interest.  Think Miami Beach.

Going south from Playa, that's a whole other fun package!
