This time on the island, we have been disappointed by the food at several of our formerly favorite places.  However, our dinner at La Lobsteria was just delicious as always!  The lobster is absolutely the best on the island.  It is served with fresh vegetables and perfectly cooked rice.  You pick the size of the lobster.  Even the pico de gallo was fresh and some of the best we have had.  The service is excellent and the prices remain very reasonable (I believe it was 50 pesos for a generous glass of wine).  We were served a complimentary dessert.  The only surprising thing about this restaurant is that it is not crowded!  If you have not visited or have not been there lately, please go!  This is one we do not want to lose.

Yes, it is on the corner of 5th Ave. and Calle 7.  There is inside seating and a few tables outside as well.  It is closed on Sunday.  They specialize in lobster and seafood but also have a few chicken and pasta dishes.  You can order King Crab a day or so in advance and they will get it fresh; so delicious!
