This is the 4th time I have made this dish, and love it. Making it tonight
Skabich Fish – Grandma Gomez-Mesquita (Jamican)
Cut 1 onion and 1 red pepper in large pieces, fry in large skillet.
After 15 minutes add:
½ inch water
2 T vinegar
1 cup ketchup
Hot Sauce to taste (10-40 drops)
1 teaspoon allspice
Simmer 30 min
Cook rice and white fish you favorite way (broiled). Put fish on rice and cover with sauce.
