Curious - Is the Lobster Roll similar to what I would expect in a Lobster Roll from the Northeast - Lobster meat, mayo binder, some seasonong, like Old Bay, and little or no fillers (maybe some celery, nothing else)?

We talked to the waiter there yesterday. Not a lot of filler, no mayo in the lobster, though they do use mayo in their shrimp salad. Cooked with butter and garlic.

Caribbean lobsters are different from Maine lobsters, not as sweet, no claws, but still tasty. We meant to eat there yesterday,

The place is owned by Kris of Kinta and Kondesa fame, and run by Danny, their manager.

OK, we just ate their lobster burrito. Very tasty, and more than enough for 2 people.

Lobster, beans, rice, avocado slices, cheese, rolled up in a nice fresh tortilla, all warmed up on a flattop. We had it with their chipotle sauce, which wasn't hot at all.

This is the place Danny was telling us about when we spoke with him at Kondessa in October. Looks interesting. Is there much seating area inside or is it mostly a carry out place?
