Where on the island can I get kastacan, particularly in taco form?

not sure where you can find this, but I had to look it up to find out what it is..."Bacon rich in fat from the pork belly and the sides close to the belly. Kastacan it is deep fried in lard"

Isn't that just a roasted pork belly with a chrispy crust? Basically a slab of uncured bacon. I would probably like it but don't eat any fat that doesn't melt at or below body temperature.

Thank you for the spell check.  I knew I wasn't spelling that right and I was too lazy to check.  in my defense I have never bought them so n ever paid attention :)

Sounds good enough to try if you find out where? It sounds better in a taco form as well. I hope you are able to share a location by the time we visit Cozumel in 4 weeks.
