The  square looks like cr*p. Part is open now and it looked better before. A waste of money.

Crunch, we just need your final schedule so all the preparation can be put in order. for your arrival.

Think the square will be finished by July when we're getting back after a few years away?

Still down here. Drove by the square yesterday and looking from Melgar it looks like most of it is open except for the Diamonds International building. Haven't walked through it lately to confirm.

I think you have the common illness that affects quite a few folks.  There is a cure for the Cozumel flu.  It's time to come more often or invest while you have income from your job(s).

I had a great director where I worked who mentored me.  He told me "pay yourself first".  I took his advice, and bought property long before I planned to use it, and every month I would stash some bucks away for when I would need it.

Paid cash, no debt and no obligation to anyone.

Once we pay off our house who knows?  We sure love Cozumel.  We love the Akumal area too, but not as much as we love Cozumel.
