I would start with Fulvio.  He is a wonderful guy, and does a great job.

Take a look at his property that he has available.  If you find something you like, contact Fulvio in regards to what would be available for long term rentals;

The most important thing in life is not knowing everything, it's having the phone number of somebody who does!

I am also looking to rent a house or condo for 1 month (Dec 15 - Jan 15 or close to these dates) to see if the island will be a good place for us to move to permanently?  Does anyone have recommendations?  I want at least 1 bedroom with an office (or at least computer desk w/chair, 2 desks/office spaces will be even better) close to town + kitchen, fully furnished, pre-wired for internet. Also, if the place is pet friendly (litter box trained, indoor only very nice cat) that will be a huge plus but not a deal breaker?

Thank you in advance!

rysalka:

I've had really good luck googling  "vacation rentals in Cozumel".  There are several web sights that may be of help.

Try: http://www.cozumelseaside.com/   Just tell them what you need.  We always go through them and they are great.  many condos on the north end close to town.
