I see so many people planning to move to Cozumel and many have not done much research or even spent any time "living" there or at least trying to simulate non-vacation life.

Seems crazy to me.

I remember when I was younger and first started going to mexico my husband and i wanted to do the same, but we read book after book and lots of other research (pre-internet days yikes!) and figured out it wasn't realistic to make a living and/or save for retirement.  We never even thought about selling our home.

I can't figure out if these folks are adventurous or impulsive fools LOL!

Sometime though you talk to a successful business owner and find out that is pretty much what they did.

I be afraid of ending up living behind the Ched.
