Would I be able to buy one of these at the Mega, Chedraui or maybe Sam's? I am thinking it would be cheaper to buy one and leave it than pay baggage fees two ways.

They have a huge selection of baby gear at all the big box stores.  You can probably also rent from Kandy Stahl.  She has an ad on the Things to do with Kids article pages.
