4 days away from our next trip.  Got the leashes and collars packed for HS.  Wrapping up everything possible at work.  soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo....................

Any new restaurants/places/things I should be aware of?

Yes, I have the fever and may be posting lame stuff in desperation ha ha.

I did just purchase one of those Triborg snorkel masks.  Has anyone tried them?

It's not a new restaurant but this year was the first time I ate there and thought their food was delicious. It's called Le Chef on the corner of 5 and 5. I ate there 4 times and every meal was great. I was going to have my last meal there before I left the island but they were closed as they were moving next door. Parking is hard to find but worth the walk if you have to park a couple of blocks away. Give it a try if you haven't been there.

We love le Chef. We have been there the last 4 or 5 years in a row at least once and sometimes twice. Hope they are moving for a bigger space. Great wine selection. this was one of Carrie's favorites.

La Katrina on 11 between 20 y 25 South side of 11.  A popular place with locals.  Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  Very reasonable priced - traditional mexican menu

Lobster & Bacon sandwich at Le Chef is enough for two (with the salad). I'm not fussy about either bacon or lobster, but believe this is the greatest taste sensation in the Caribbean. The cappuccinos while you wait for your order are not too shabby either.
