Check out www.cozumelvillas.com. Run by Ron and Sherrie White, former residents and property owners. Good selection of in-town and on-the-beach places, organized very nicely. We've used them a couple times and been very happy. There is also a www.vrbo.com (vacation rentals by owner) that includes a lot of Cozumel properties. We've always stayed at in-town properties and have enjoyed it greatly. Good luck to you.

Sorry, didn't see they were not interested in beach front....

But, what the heck, maybe somebody else would be interested.

If you are interested in beach front properties then I would recommend At Home In Cozumel: http://www.cozumel.tc/

They are located on the island, and are available 24X7 if a need arises.

The most important thing in life is not knowing everything, it's having the phone number of somebody who does!

How many people in your group and we can offer you some specific intown recommendations based on how much space you need. Also what kind of a ballpark weekly price are you talking about (Villas generally don't rent for less than a week although in low season some might make exceptions.)

Most villas will rent for less than 7 nights, 4 is usually the least. If you still need help feel free to PM me.
